This is the Shopsmith bandsaw. It has an 11" throat and a 6" "resaw"
capacity -- that's the vertical capacity for thickness of cut. It
normally mounts to a Shopsmith "multipurpose tool" using those two
1-1/4" tubes poking out the bottom. Power comes from a power takeoff
from the Shopsmith's variable speed transmission directly to a shaft
on the rear of the bandsaw.
Other Shopsmith accessories, like the belt sander, mount in a similar
fashion, and I have no reason to believe they wouldn't mount to my
base as well.
