Paul’s sewing machines made in Germany
This page is ordered by age, and only includes machines
made in Germany.
A separate pictorial index includes
all the machines I've ever owned.
Germany made many high-quality sewing machines.
Many were copies of designs from elsewhere, notably of the
Singer Model 12 family. Their copies almost always included
technical improvemnts and refinements over the originals.
Also, a huge number of toy machines were made in Germany.

The main blog page is kept in the order
the machines joined my collection (and also has other sewing
machine related entries).
