There are two screws hidden under the rubber pad. Don't remove the
pad completely -- the glue won't stick well again after you do. Just
lift the edges.
You'll also remove the two visible screws, of course, and you'll need
to twist/pull off the round piece that covers where the mic will go.
(If you had a boom mic, I assume it would twist/pull off the same way.)
