I decided that since I was building from wood, I should take extra
grounding precautions -- there's on metal frame to connect everything
together. The shell of the toggle switch, the motor bracket, the
motor controller's heat sink, and the bandsaw itself are all wired
together to earth ground from the power cord. This shows the bandsaw
ground wire -- it's connected (via a nut cinched against the bolt
head) to one of the "set screws" that push against the mounting tubes
to tighten it up.
